In 2018, which was full of challenges for the DUNI foundry, an unexpected, yet motivational award ensued. Namely, the Croatian Society for Quality had informed us that we were this year’s recipients of the quality charter in the category of micro economic entities in the Republic of Croatia. What has made this award even more appealing is the fact that we found ourselves quite unexpectedly in the company of another great and respected economic entity from the Krapina-Zagorje County, the Vetropack Straža glass factory, which was the recipient of the same charter for big companies. This recognition is an indication that all these years of investments into quality and new technologies were the right direction for us.
